Terms of Service
The deal, written to be read. Last updated 20 July 2026.
1. The service
Euterpe ("the service", at euterpe.app) is a subscription studio that generates structured music-prompt content — kits, presets, variations, and melodies — for use with third-party music generators such as Suno. Euterpe is operated by Lyramic (the Netherlands). Suno is a separate product with its own terms; we're not affiliated with it and can't answer for it.
2. Accounts and invites
During the invite phase, registration needs an invite code and an account is for one person. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us at [email protected] if you think your account is compromised. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Invites start a 14-day Founder Pro trial with a one-time grant of 100 credits and no payment details. Paid subscriptions ($9/month for Founder Pro at the founder rate) bill monthly through Stripe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled any time from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The founder rate applies for as long as the subscription remains active. We may change public pricing; we'll announce changes before they bill you.
4. Credits
Credits are the service's internal metering unit. Subscription credits refill monthly; top-up packs are one-time purchases delivered immediately. Credits have no cash value, aren't transferable, and lapse when your account closes. Where a purchase is delivered immediately at your request, you agree the delivery begins at once; statutory rights that can't be waived are unaffected.
5. Your content
What you create in your workspace — your kits, presets, melodies, prompts, and lyrics — is yours. You grant us the license needed to store and process it to run the service, and nothing more. Generated output is yours to use in your own musical work, including commercially.
6. Our content
The catalog — its kits, presets, field manuals, and this site — belongs to Lyramic. A subscription or entitlement grants you personal use of catalog content inside the service and in the songs you make with it. It doesn't grant redistribution: no scraping, bulk export, resale, or republishing of kits or the catalog, during or after a subscription.
7. Acceptable use
Don't break, probe, or overload the service; don't share accounts or circumvent metering; don't use the service to produce unlawful content. We can suspend or close accounts that do, with a warning where that's reasonable.
8. AI output
Generated content comes from AI models and a validator, and can still be imperfect or unsuitable. You're responsible for how you use it, including compliance with the terms of whatever generator you paste it into.
9. Availability and changes
Euterpe is a young service run with care but without an SLA: features may change, and maintenance happens. If we ever discontinue the service we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your own content.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
11. The paperwork
Dutch law governs these terms, and Dutch courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live. If a clause turns out invalid, the rest stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
